About This Item
The DipaliZ Happy Holi blank greeting cards are folded festival cards left empty inside for a handwritten note. Each card is produced on matte cardstock at 4.25 by 5.5 inches and comes with a matching white envelope. The cover marks Holi, the Hindu festival of colors, with pigment thrown across the page, while the blank interior leaves room to write in Hindi, English or whatever the family uses. The DipaliZ Happy Holi blank greeting cards suit relatives sending wishes overseas, community events and anyone whose festival message changes every year.

The story behind this design
Powdered color arcs across the cover in overlapping sweeps, the shapes suggesting handfuls of gulal already in flight. Magenta, yellow and blue dominate, layered so where two pigments cross a third color appears, exactly as it does on skin during the festival. The mood is celebratory and open-hearted, a cover loud enough to carry the day even before a word is written inside.
