The story behind this design
A green globe is ringed by trees, so the planet appears to be growing its own forest rather than merely holding one. Greens and clear blues do all the work, with no smoke, no cracked earth and none of the usual guilt imagery that environmental design falls back on. The card asks rather than scolds, which makes it usable for a thank-you to a volunteer as easily as an Earth Day note.
