About This Item
The DipaliZ Geometric Triangle Lumbar Pillow is a 20 by 14 inch rectangular cushion in spun polyester, printed on both faces. A zipper allows the insert to be removed so the cover can be laundered on its own. The elongated shape makes this cushion equally useful as back support in a chair and as a long accent on a bed or bench. The warm accents in the artwork lift it away from the strictly monochrome cushions in the same series.

The story behind this design
Black and grey triangles form the structure, and then orange and yellow break in like light through a gap in a blind. The warm shapes are used sparingly, which is precisely what gives them force against the darker field. Read across the long rectangle, the pattern gains a sense of direction, as though the composition is catching sunlight from one end.
