The story behind this design
Full-blown roses are painted open rather than in bud, petals layered until the centre almost disappears, so each coaster reads as a single bloom seen from directly above. The palette runs through soft blush into deeper garden reds with green foliage tucked behind, and the gloss finish lifts those reds the way a dew-wet petal catches light. It is a warm, romantic and unapologetically pretty print rather than a restrained botanical study.
