About This Item
Meals travel in this DipaliZ stainless steel food container, a black insulated jar holding 16.9 fl oz. The Aquaholic design plays on the word itself with a water-themed print wrapped around the body. Vacuum insulation keeps a hot meal hot and a chilled one chilled, which is the practical reason to carry a steel jar rather than a plastic box. This container suits camping trips, long shifts, hikes and lunches eaten away from a kitchen. Capacity, color and material are taken from this container's own product record.

The story behind this design
Aquaholic is a joke told in one word, and the artwork takes it literally: the letters are treated as though they are underwater, with ripples running across them and the color pooling darker at the base. Bubbles rise through the negative space rather than sitting behind the type. It is a design that only makes sense on something you carry liquid or soup in, which is the point.
Frequently asked questions
Q: How much does this DipaliZ food container hold?
A: 16.9 fl oz.
Q: What is the Aquaholic design?
A: A water-themed print built around the word Aquaholic, printed on the body of the container.
Q: Will it keep food cold as well as hot?
A: Yes. Vacuum insulation works in both directions, so the same container carries hot stew in winter and chilled fruit or salad in summer.
Q: Is the container made of steel throughout?
A: The body is stainless steel and the container is sold in black.
Care
Hand wash the container and lid in warm soapy water, dry both before storing, and keep it out of the microwave and the freezer.
