The story behind this design
White is the most demanding ground a printed napkin can have, because every mark has to earn its place and nothing can hide in a background tone. The flowers are therefore spaced well apart and each is finished as its own small study, with the empty cloth between them doing as much work as the painting. It is the plainest napkin in the DipaliZ range and the easiest to lay a full table with.
