The line work loops and doubles back the way a real fingerprint does, drawn in a single dark tone over an off-white ground so nothing competes with the rhythm of the curves. Keeping it to two colors was deliberate: the pattern is about movement, and extra color would flatten it. The mood is spare, modern and slightly personal.
