The story behind this design

The snowman is drawn short and wide rather than tall, which reads as friendlier and also fits the chest print area without wasting width. Snow is scattered unevenly across the lettering so a few flakes land in front of the type instead of behind it. On the heathered shades the flecks in the cloth do some of the snowfall work by themselves.
