The story behind this design
The cover is drawn as a botanical plate: stems, seed heads and leaves in fine ink line over a flat warm ground, with the lettering set in the same weight as the drawing so nothing shouts. Only two colors are used. It was made for somebody who wants a commemorative notebook that still looks at home in a meeting.
