The story behind this design
Each medallion is a lotus seen from directly above, petals doubled and halved outward until the flower becomes a mandala, and the line work stays fine so the pastels do not muddy where circles overlap. Rose and cream carry the pattern while soft teal cools the spaces between. The mood is restful, closer to a studio wall than to festival print.
