The story behind this design
A candle label has to work at arm's length on a shelf and at six inches on a table, so the design keeps one strong circular mark and lets the distressing supply the detail. Muted navy and crimson sit on an off-white ground, which reads as paper rather than as print. Lit, the glass warms the whole label and the faded ink looks older still.

Care
Trim the wick before each use and never leave a burning candle unattended or within reach of children and pets. Burn on a heat-safe surface away from drafts, and stop burning when a small amount of wax remains.
