About This Item
The DipaliZ Modern Circle Pattern Area Rug is a rectangular printed floor rug whose design is built from overlapping circles. The circles are the artwork, not the outline of the rug: every size on this listing is a rectangle. DipaliZ offers six sizes, from a 24 by 36 inch mat up to a 72 by 48 inch floor rug, each available in portrait or landscape orientation. The sizes and orientations here are read from this listing's own size selector.

The story behind this design
Circles on a rectangle are a balancing act: place them evenly and the rug looks like a chart, place them at random and it looks like a mistake. Here they overlap in loose clusters that drift toward one corner, so the eye has somewhere to travel. The palette is sunlit yellow against warm and cool grays, a combination that reads as daylight on a floor rather than as decoration, and it keeps a plainly furnished room from going flat.
