The story behind this design
The checkerboard here is drawn in black and white only, with the squares set slightly off-true so the grid keeps an illustrated wobble. No third color appears anywhere in the repeat. The mood is a skate-shop floor tile, graphic enough to carry a whole outfit on its own.
