Thoughts Journal
About This Item
This DipaliZ thoughts journal is a digital download, supplied as printable PDF pages set up for US Letter paper. A mood record sits alongside open space for writing out the thoughts behind it, with room at the foot of the page for a gratitude note. Nothing is shipped: the file is downloaded after purchase and printed as often as needed. The pages are written on by hand. The page size is taken from this listing's own product record.

The story behind this design
The mood record is deliberately small and the writing space large, which is the reverse of most tracker sheets. A mood on its own is a data point; the sentence underneath it is the useful part. The gratitude line sits at the bottom rather than the top so it reads as a closing note rather than an instruction to feel better first. One muted ink tone throughout keeps home printing cheap.
