The story behind this design
A mosaic is a pattern made of edges, and at shoe scale those edges are what carry it - the tiles are kept small enough that the grout lines between them form their own secondary texture. The palette leans on terracotta, ochre and teal, colors borrowed from glazed tilework rather than from fashion prints, which is what gives the shoe its bohemian rather than sporty read. Keeping the cut low lets the pattern run uninterrupted from toe to heel.
