About This Item
This DipaliZ patriotic tote is made from 100% polyester and printed with a red, white and blue design across the panel. It is offered in three square sizes, 13, 16 and 18 inches, and in Black, Red, White, Beige and Navy. The story behind this design
Rather than reproduce a flag, the design takes the three colors and rebuilds them as broad diagonal bands with stars breaking across the joins. Reading the flag becomes something the eye does rather than something the bag states. The blue is pushed slightly toward navy so the bag still looks composed in the Navy and Black colorways, where a brighter blue would fight the fabric.
