The story behind this design
The paws are stamped at different angles and sizes, as though a dog had walked over the strap rather than been printed onto it. The palette is retro rather than primary: a brick red, a dusty teal and a mid brown over tan, colors that would not look out of place on a nineteen-seventies tea towel. Spacing is uneven on purpose, so no two stretches of the collar look the same.
