The story behind this design
A peace sign needs no explaining and no decoration, so the design is one symbol and a great deal of empty canvas. Centering it rather than placing it low or to one side is what makes the bag read as deliberate instead of unfinished. The line weight was set heavy enough to survive the texture of cotton canvas, which swallows a fine stroke.
