The story behind this design
The hand is reduced to its silhouette, with no knuckle or nail detail, so the gesture carries the whole image. The pink to purple blend runs diagonally, and the concentric rings behind it echo seventies poster printing. It was drawn as a soft, friendly reading of a protest symbol rather than a sharp one.
