The story behind this design
The peacock here is handled as part of the foliage rather than as a centerpiece, its tail dissolving into leaves so bird and plant share the same marks. Mint and pale aqua keep the whole thing cool, which is unusual for peacock imagery and much easier to wear. There is no single place the eye is told to look.
