About This Item
The DipaliZ Personal Trainer Nutrition Facts Tumbler is a 20 fl oz stainless steel travel cup printed with a mock nutrition panel written for the gym floor. The rows read like the back of a supplement tub, except the values describe coaching sessions rather than macros. The design is sublimated over a white base, which keeps the surface smooth in a sweaty hand. It is built for personal trainers, gym coaches and anyone whose water bottle spends the day moving between racks. The 20 oz capacity and stainless steel body come from this listing's own size option and material record.

The story behind this design
Supplement packaging is loud by habit, so this artwork does the opposite. The panel is drawn tight and plain, with the serving header carrying all the weight and the rest set in an even black on white. The joke works because the format is so familiar from a protein tub that the eye starts reading before it notices the content has been swapped for a trainer's day.
Frequently asked questions
Q: What is the capacity of this gym tumbler?
A: The DipaliZ Personal Trainer Nutrition Facts Tumbler holds 20 fl oz, offered in a single 20oz size.
Q: Will it keep water cold through a session?
A: It is a stainless steel travel tumbler, so cold drinks stay cold longer than they would in a single-wall plastic cup. DipaliZ does not publish a rated hold time.
Q: Is the artwork printed or a sticker?
A: It is printed. The label is sublimated over a white base coat, so there is no edge to lift.
Q: How is it cleaned?
A: Hand wash it. A dishwasher will fade a sublimated print on stainless steel.
Care
Rinse after every session and hand wash in warm soapy water. Dry upright with the lid off so nothing sits in the seal. Keep it out of the microwave and away from abrasive cleaners.
