The story behind this design

The orangutan is painted with its arms up and its hair going in every direction, which is what makes it read as a baby rather than a study of an adult ape. Around it the jungle is suggested rather than drawn, a few broad leaves in muted green so nothing competes with the animal or with the name underneath. Rust and warm brown carry the figure; everything else stays soft.
