The story behind this design
The florals sit inside a tile grid in a single blue, which gives the pattern the look of hand-painted delftware rather than a modern print. Working in one color keeps the name legible wherever it falls on the bottle. White behind the blue is what makes the whole thing read as porcelain instead of fabric.
