The story behind this design
Athletic capitals look best when they are allowed to get too big for the panel, so the lettering here runs almost edge to edge across the chest with the strokes thickened until the counters nearly close. The three colorways are all pale, which was a deliberate inversion: a chant about suffering reads harder in sand and off-white than in the team colors a fan would expect. It is built for the walk home from a late game in March.
