The story behind this design
Lupins grow in tall stacked spires, and the drawing leans into that vertical rhythm, filling the square with overlapping stems that run off the top edge. Pink fades up into violet along each spire, with cool green foliage filling the gaps. The mood is a June garden bed at its loudest, compressed into a tile the size of a photograph stamp.
