The story behind this design
The two fish are curved nose to tail so they form a closed circle, which is the sign's own glyph drawn as a picture rather than placed next to one. Their scales are suggested by a few short crescents on the upper body only, leaving the bellies plain so the circle reads cleanly at jar scale. Deep teal and a pearl gray-green set the palette, the coolest in the DipaliZ zodiac range.
