About This Item
The DipaliZ Striped Can Shaped Glass is a 16 oz glass tumbler printed with red and blue stripes. The listing sells two versions: the glass on its own, and the glass with a lid and straw. Stripes on a cylinder are the one pattern that never has a seam, because the lines meet themselves as the design wraps. The capacity, the glass body and the lid option are taken from this listing's own product record.

The story behind this design
Red and blue against clear glass is a deliberately old-fashioned pairing, the colors of a diner straw or a seaside deckchair. The stripes here run vertically rather than around the glass, and they are set at uneven widths so the design never resolves into a regular ticking. A wider band of white glass is left between each pair, which is where the drink shows through.
Frequently asked questions
Q: What colors are the stripes on this DipaliZ glass?
A: The design uses both red and blue stripes, even though the title names the blue.
Q: How much does this tumbler hold?
A: The tumbler holds 16 oz, which is the only capacity offered on this listing.
Q: Is a lid and straw included?
A: Both options are sold. One version is the glass on its own and the other includes a lid and straw.
Q: How does this differ from the DipaliZ red stripes glass?
A: Both are 16 oz can shaped glasses. This one carries red and blue stripes together and the other carries red stripes alone.
Care
Wash by hand with a soft cloth and avoid abrasive scourers, which dull both the glass and the print. Wash the lid and straw separately, and keep the glass off direct heat sources.
