About This Item
The DipaliZ Romantic Hearts Mouse Pad is a rectangular desk pad printed with an original heart pattern. The pad measures 9 inches by 8 inches, which is a standard single-mouse footprint rather than a full desk surface. Rectangle is the only shape this pad is made in. It is sized to sit beside a laptop without taking over the desk, which makes it an easy gift for a partner, a colleague or a first apartment.

The story behind this design
Romantic Hearts packs hearts of different sizes edge to edge until there is almost no ground left showing, so the pattern has the density of confetti rather than the tidiness of a repeat. The colours run hot — coral, fuchsia, a red that is nearly orange — broken up by a few pale hearts that stop the field going flat. Hands spend hours on a mouse pad, so the design was built to stay cheerful at close range and under a palm.
Frequently asked questions

Q: Is this a desk mat?
A: No. At 9 by 8 inches this is a single-mouse pad, not a full-width desk mat that sits under a keyboard as well.
Q: Who is the Romantic Hearts mouse pad aimed at?
A: It is made as a small desk gift, commonly given for Valentine's Day, an anniversary or a first day in a new office.
Care
Wipe the printed surface with a barely damp cloth and let it dry fully before using it again. Do not machine wash it or soak it. Keep it away from radiators and direct sun, and store it flat rather than rolled tightly, so the pad sits level on the desk.
