About This Item
Sagittarius birthdays land in the busiest weeks of the year, and the DipaliZ Sagittarius Zodiac Candle is built to be a gift that does not get lost among them. It is a 9oz soy candle in a glass jar with a label you personalize: a name and a birth date are typed in on the product page, and the wording in the photographs is a sample. The artwork pairs the archer with the sign's arrow glyph, and nine scents are offered.

The story behind this design
Sagittarius has the most kinetic symbol in the zodiac: a bow at full draw. The drawing keeps the tension by letting the arrow point off the edge of the label rather than resolving inside it, so the eye follows it out. The glyph is already an arrow, which means sign and figure agree for once instead of needing to be reconciled, and the mark can be reduced to just the shaft and fletching when space runs short.
Frequently asked questions

Care
Trim the wick before each burn and keep the flame away from drafts. Let the wax pool reach the edge of the jar on the first burn so the candle does not tunnel. Never leave a lit candle unattended, and stop burning once a small amount of wax is left in the base.
