The story behind this design
Giving a skeleton wings and then putting it on a Segway is the joke stated twice, and the drawing knows it: the wings are half-folded and clearly not in use. The bones are kept fine and the wings broad so the silhouette stays readable on the warmer grounds. Against orange the whole thing looks like a fairground sign rather than a memento mori.
