Skull and Roses
About This Item
The DipaliZ Skull and Roses Corkwood Coaster Set is a set of square cork drink coasters measuring 3.75 by 3.75 inches. A single skull sits at the center, wreathed in open roses and trailing foliage. The print runs to the edge of the cork, so the design is not framed by a border. The set suits gothic kitchens, tattoo-adjacent interiors and housewarming gifts for people who like their homeware with teeth. Material, size and shape below come from this listing's own variant options.

The story behind this design
This is the most symmetrical of the DipaliZ skull coaster designs: the skull sits dead center and the roses mirror across the vertical axis, which is what lets it read cleanly from any side of a table. The roses are drawn with heavy cross-hatched shadow rather than color blocking, so the piece keeps an engraved, old-plate quality. Only the petals carry red; the rest is ink.
Frequently asked questions
Q: What is the coaster made from?
A: Cork. The listing's Material option records corkwood, and each piece is 3.75 by 3.75 inches square.
Q: Which Skull and Roses set is this one?
A: This is the plain rose-wreath version, with the skull framed by blooms and no candles. DipaliZ lists a candle altar version and a candlelight version separately.
Q: Will a hot mug damage it?
A: Cork handles a warm mug well. Take a pan straight off the hob to a trivet instead, since a coaster is not made for cookware heat.
Care
Wipe with a damp cloth, then dry flat before stacking. Never soak cork or put it through a dishwasher.
