The story behind this design
The flowers in this print are deliberately small, no larger than a fingernail, which is the right scale for sleepwear: a large motif would be broken up by every fold and gather. Scattered evenly with no repeat that the eye can lock onto, the pattern reads as texture from a distance. Satin then does something a matte fabric cannot, catching light along the folds so the print shifts as the garment moves.
