The story behind this design
Snow is white, so a snowman on a white sweater has nowhere to go. Pink solves that in one move: the figure reads immediately, and the whole piece stops looking like every other winter knit on a rail. The snowman itself is drawn plainly, with a stacked body and a short scarf, and kept small enough that the pink does most of the work.
