About This Item
Lettering is what sets this bag apart from its sibling. The DipaliZ Spirit of 76 Backpack is a one-size backpack printed with a patriotic eagle and the words Land of the Free. The design references 1776 and belongs to the DipaliZ Americana range made around the United States semiquincentennial. The same artwork is also sold on a DipaliZ suitcase and a canvas tote, so the three can be carried together.

The story behind this design
Three words on a bag have to survive being read upside down by someone sitting behind you on a bus. Land of the Free is short enough and set in heavy bicentennial-style letterforms that stay legible when the fabric creases. Placing the words under the eagle rather than across it means the two elements never fight for the same space when the panel bends.
Frequently asked questions
Q: What size is the DipaliZ Spirit of 76 Backpack?

Q: What does the artwork say?
A: The design pairs a patriotic eagle with the words Land of the Free, in a retro treatment referencing 1776.

Q: Is it brand new?
A: Yes. The DipaliZ Spirit of 76 Backpack is brand new and printed to order.
Care
Spot clean with a damp cloth and a mild detergent rather than putting the bag in a machine. Empty the pockets and let it dry fully before storing. Avoid solvents on the printed panel.
