A swirl is the one motif that survives being kicked around a room, because it has no top and no bottom. This one winds outward from the middle in ribbons that widen as they go, running the full spectrum once around. The center is kept tight and dense so the eye has somewhere to land, and the outer turns open up toward the corners.
