The story behind this design
One bare tree stands at the center, branches reaching up into a sky drawn as moving spirals of light rather than still points. Deep indigo fills the ground, with gold and pale blue marking the stars and their trails. The swirl is doing the work here: it turns a quiet scene into something that looks like it is still happening.
