The chevron is drawn wide rather than narrow, so at arm's length it reads as a single graphic band instead of a busy zigzag. Yellow carries almost the whole design, broken only where the darker chevron lines cross it. It was drawn for visibility first: a yellow bag on a school peg is found in a second.
