The story behind this design

A sun-and-sea scene on frosted glass gets an advantage no flat print has: the milky surface already reads as haze, so the horizon can be drawn simply and the material supplies the atmosphere. Warm sun yellows sit above banded blues and a pale sand tone, with the sun placed high enough to stay visible when the glass is full. The mood is late afternoon at the shore rather than midday glare.

Frequently asked questions

Q: What design is on this DipaliZ pint glass?
A: The artwork is a sun and sea coastal design. The handle, the design tag and all four image filenames record it; the word poppy in the listing name does not match the artwork.

Q: What size and material is the glass?
A: It holds 16 oz and is 100% glass with a matte frost finish.

Q: Is this a set or a single glass?
A: The listing offers one size and one finish as a single variant. The word set in the listing name is not reflected in the options.

Q: How should the frosted glass be washed?
A: Hand wash in warm soapy water and dry with a soft cloth. That is gentlest on a printed frost surface.

Care

Hand wash in warm soapy water and dry with a soft cloth. Keep abrasive scourers away from the printed area and let the glass reach room temperature before washing.

The capacity, material and finish above are read from this listing's own variant options and material record, and the design from its handle, design tag and image filenames, rather than from the listing name.
