About This Item
The DipaliZ Sunflower Notepad is a ruled writing pad with single-sided tear-away pages. The design is sunflowers drawn at close range, heads filling the space. Every sheet is ruled and separates cleanly from the pad. Sunflowers carry more yellow than any other flower on a page, which is the point of choosing them.
Product details
- Product type: ruled writing notepad
- Pages: single-sided and tear-away
- Design: sunflower heads drawn at close range

- The ruling and the tear-away page format above come from this pad's own product record.
The story behind this design
Drawn small a sunflower is a yellow dot; drawn this close it becomes two things, a ring of long ragged petals and a dense brown disc of seeds packed in spirals. Both are given equal attention here. The petals are not all the same length and several bend back on themselves, which is what real sunflower petals do once the head is fully open.
