This DipaliZ knitted V-neck vest is finished with a tan brown trim around the neckline and armholes. The vest is sleeveless and knitted from 55% cotton and 45% polyester. Nine sizes are sold, from 3XS to 3XL. The contrast trim is the only decoration on the piece, which makes it the most classic vest in the DipaliZ range. The story behind this design
Contrast trim on a V-neck vest is one of the oldest devices in knitwear, and it survives because it does two jobs at once: it finishes an edge that would otherwise curl, and it draws the eye along the V. Tan brown is the warm choice rather than the sporting one, closer to a library than a cricket pavilion. Everything else on the vest is left plain so the trim reads as the line it is.
