About This Item
The DipaliZ Textured Woven pillow is a decorative throw pillow printed with a bohemian woven-texture design. The pillow measures 17 by 18 inches and is offered in an Artwork finish and a Photo finish. A printed woven texture gives the look of a handmade weave at the cost and weight of a printed cushion. This pillow suits a sofa or a reading chair that wants an earthy accent rather than a bold graphic.

The story behind this design
The design imitates a loom weave closely enough that the eye reads warp and weft before it reads print: slubs, uneven rows and a fringe of loose ends at the border. Earthy tones do most of the work, running from oatmeal through clay to a burnt sienna, with no color that could not be got from a natural dye. It is a pattern that belongs on a chair someone actually sits in.
Frequently asked questions
Q: What size is this DipaliZ pillow?
A: The pillow measures 17 by 18 inches.
Q: What is the difference between the Artwork and Photo finishes?
A: They are the two print finishes for this design. Both come at 17 by 18 inches.
Q: Is the weave real or printed?
A: The woven texture is printed. The design imitates a loom weave rather than being woven itself.
Q: Is this a square pillow?
A: Not quite. At 17 by 18 inches it is very slightly taller than it is wide.
Care
Spot clean the pillow with a damp cloth and mild detergent and let it air dry fully. Avoid soaking, bleach and tumble drying. Plumping the pillow by hand rather than beating it keeps the printed surface even.
