The story behind this design
The joke only lands when the shirt names someone, which is why the name line is part of the artwork rather than an afterthought below it. A retro display face was chosen so the phrase reads as an old film title card, which makes the claim funnier than a modern font would. The print is laid in a cream ink that sits back on the four muted shirt colors instead of jumping off them.
