The story behind this design
The bulb here is a mid-century one, drawn with a wide pear-shaped glass and a thick screw base, and it is filled flat rather than shaded so it reads as a printed emblem rather than an object. Short rays stand off the glass at even intervals, the way light was drawn on old packaging, and the slogan curves under the base to close the shape. The ink is warm and slightly faded on purpose, which lets a serious sentence sit on a shirt without turning into a poster.
