About This Item
This DipaliZ Suitcase is a hard-shell travel case printed with a sea turtles design. Turtles swim across the shell against open water, drawn large enough to be picked out at a distance. The shell pairs a polycarbonate front with an ABS back, and the case is recorded with 360-degree wheels and inner pockets. DipaliZ offers it in Small, Medium and Large, with Black listed as the colour option.

The story behind this design
Turtles are drawn from above here, which is the view a swimmer gets and the view that makes the shell pattern legible. Keeping the water almost empty around them was the key restraint: a few pale current lines and nothing else, so the turtles read as isolated shapes rather than as part of a busy marine scene. On a moving carousel that emptiness is what makes the case findable.
