The story behind this design
Printing a flag onto a 20-millimeter strap is mostly a question of what to leave out. This design keeps the three colors and the proportion of the stripes but drops the star field to a suggestion, because fifty stars at that scale turn into a gray smear. The reds are pulled slightly deeper than the official shade so they hold against a black matte buckle.
