The story behind this design
Fine traced lines run in right angles across the body, pausing at nodes and pads the way a real board routes a signal. Acid green and electric cyan glow against the black, which is exactly how a circuit board looks under a bench lamp. Printing it on the outside of a speaker turns the hidden part of the object into the visible one. The perforated grill interrupts the finest traces, so the routing is drawn heavier than a real board would be.
