About This Item
The DipaliZ Cloudscape Hardcover Journal is a paper journal bound in hard covers with a matte laminated finish, carrying an original DipaliZ cloud study on the front. One size is offered. Hard covers let a journal be written in on a lap or a train table without a desk underneath, which is the practical argument for buying one. The sky artwork suits journalling, sketching notes, mindfulness practice and gifts for people who write daily.

The story behind this design
Clouds are usually painted as weather, and this artwork treats them as colour instead: the forms stay recognisable but the palette is pushed well past anything a real sky produces. Matte laminate softens strong colour rather than amplifying it, which is why the piece was balanced brighter than it would be on a glossy surface. The mood is calm but vivid, meant to be picked up rather than admired from a shelf.
Frequently asked questions
Q: What does the cloudscape cover show?
A: An original DipaliZ sky study of clouds in vivid colour, printed across the hardcover.
Q: Is this journal hardback or softback?
A: Hardback, with a matte laminated cover, as recorded in the product's title and tags.
Q: Are the pages lined?
A: No page ruling is recorded for this journal, so DipaliZ does not state one here rather than guess.
Q: How does this differ from the other DipaliZ matte hardcover journal?
A: Same binding, same matte laminate and the same single size. This listing carries the cloudscape sky artwork on its cover.
Care
Keep the journal dry and away from direct sunlight. Wipe the matte cover with a dry cloth only, since a damp cloth leaves marks on matte laminate.
