About This Item
The DipaliZ Vibrant Flowers Blanket is an arctic fleece throw in 100% polyester. The floral artwork is printed by sublimation in full color. Three sizes are made: 30" x 40", 50" x 60" and 60" x 80". The blanket is intended for indoor use, and the color is the point of it rather than a background.

The story behind this design
Fleece is a forgiving surface for saturated color: the pile scatters light slightly, so a red that would look harsh on a flat cotton print stays rich instead of shouting. This design takes advantage of that by keeping the flowers at full strength and letting them crowd the field rather than floating on empty ground. It is the loudest blanket in the DipaliZ fleece range, and the one bought deliberately rather than to match a scheme.
Frequently asked questions
Q: What sizes does the Vibrant Flowers blanket come in?
A: 30 by 40 inches, 50 by 60 inches and 60 by 80 inches.
Q: What is the blanket made from?
A: 100% polyester arctic fleece, printed by sublimation and made for indoor use.
Q: Will the colors stay bright after washing?
A: Sublimation bonds the dye into the polyester fibre rather than coating it, which is why the color survives washing far better than a surface print.
Q: How is this different from the DipaliZ monochrome floral blanket?
A: Same fleece, opposite intent. This design runs the flowers in full saturated color, while the monochrome version drops the hue and works in a single tonal range.
Care
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low. Do not bleach, and never iron the fleece face.
