The story behind this design
The eye is drawn flat and graphic, with no attempt at anatomy beyond the lash line and the iris ring. Hot pink carries the lid and lashes, electric blue the iris, and a thin black keyline separates them so neither color bleeds into the other at small sizes. It is a deliberately punkish piece of artwork, closer to a sticker-bombed deck than to an illustration.
