The story behind this design
This is the plainest of the DipaliZ vitals pads, and deliberately so: the rows are ruled, labeled and otherwise left alone, because a sheet that will be filled in at speed on a ward does not want decoration competing with the numbers. The heading sits tight to the top edge to buy another line of writing space. A single ink color keeps it legible under the flat light of a corridor as well as a desk lamp.
